Principal Hotel Investment

As a principal investor, Empirical will invest and/or co-invest in select hotel transactions.  Our investment can take the form of mezzanine debt, preferred equity and/or equity capital.   We will invest in both single asset and portfolio transactions—in all segments of the industry and any geographic market throughout North America.
